Michael Frattone is a partner in the Business and Finance Department. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (representing sellers and buyers), corporate and real estate financings, corporate restructurings, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and executive compensation.
Michael has extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions area representing buyers and sellers in asset- and stock-based transactions.
In addition, Michael represents one of the largest communications holding companies in the world, with portfolio companies in infrastructure sectors such as cellular and broadcasting towers, rooftop and distributed antenna systems (DAS), and fiber and data centers.
Michael also regularly represents and counsels many newly formed and middle market businesses with respect to their transactional and operational needs.

Michael was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and was listed for numerous years by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael has also earned an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for ethical standards and legal ability.
Prior to joining the Firm, Michael was an associate in the Corporate Finance Department of the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP.
Michael is on the Board of Directors of The Philadelphia Athletics Youth Sports Association and is a member of the Lloyd Hall Advisory Council.
