Miranda Dang



Miranda is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She is well versed in civil and criminal proceedings and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, political law matters, Right-to-Know-Law requests and litigation, and education matters, including student disciplinary matters, Title IX proceedings, and litigation involving bullying and defamation.

In conjunction with her other practice areas, Miranda has developed a focus on appellate advocacy involving matters of government and public policy issues, as well as white collar criminal matters. Miranda represents private entities that are the focus of regulatory investigations and high-stakes civil litigation.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Miranda served as an associate at a firm specializing in immigration law matters. She is well versed in USCIS and EOIR proceedings and has specific experience working with clients seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and employment visas, including H-1B and F-1. At Kleinbard, Miranda has developed a robust pro bono practice assisting individuals who are seeking asylum. In addition, she worked as a legal extern at International Rights Advocates, where she gained experience with international civil human rights complaints and briefings. Miranda draws from this experience to better serve clients as they navigate employment and compliance challenges within their companies.
