Aylin R. Daldal
Aylin is an associate in the Business and Finance Department. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and other corporate transactions, including the sale of businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
She has experience representing private equity firms as well as middle market businesses across a variety of industries, including the veterinary medicine, retail, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Aylin was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group at an international law firm with a focus on the financial services sector.
While in law school, she represented startups through the University of Michigan’s Entrepreneurship Clinic and interned for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
