
Eric Bodzin
Eric is an associate in the Firm’s Government Relations and Real Estate Practices. He is well versed on legislative, fiscal, and policy matters and has advised on hundreds of nuanced market and affordable real estate transactions, often helping clients secure city and state approvals related to acquisition, leasing, zoning, title, due diligence, tax credit financing, and expedited permitting.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Eric served as Director of Legislation for Councilmember Maria Quiñones Sánchez and Vice President of the Philadelphia Land Bank Board of Directors. As advisor to City Council Committees on Appropriations, Education, and Licenses & Inspections, his technical work included local adaptations of international fire, plumbing, and electrical codes; use and dimensional standards and bonuses of the zoning code; tax credits, abatements, and exemptions; and budget appropriations among city departments, boards, and commissions.
