Patrick focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has experience with transactional matters. As a former law clerk for the Honorable Judge Malachy E. Mannion in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Patrick has an extensive knowledge of the courts’ inner workings. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Michael concentrates his practice on advising clients on a variety of transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, and general corporate governance. He has experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, venture capital funds and emerging companies across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, life sciences, and financial services. Michael earned his J.D. from Duke University, cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
