Patrick Feeney

Patrick is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. As a former law clerk for the Honorable Judge Malachy E. Mannion in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Patrick has an extensive knowledge of the courts’ inner workings. In addition, Patrick’s prior experience includes a focus on transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, financing, and general corporate governance.
