In the latest installments, the authors discuss the future of the global post-mortem privacy landscape and fiduciary access. Although new digital properties and platforms are regularly being developed, the laws and policies governing access to them are not aligned. The articles explain the importance of staying abreast of the legal, access, and privacy issues surrounding digital assets and the abilities as a fiduciary to disseminate these assets after a loved one’s death.
