Managing Partner, Matthew Haverstick served on the panel of the 2024 Election Law and Policy CLE, presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The program focused on the current challenges and opportunities surrounding the 2024 general election. Matt’s panel focused on recent and pending election litigation and legislation in Pennsylvania and nationally. Some issues discussed included, litigation relating to mail ballots, automatic voter registration, federal and state indictments, ballot curing, and election legislation regarding early voting, same day registration, pre-canvassing of ballots, the Voting Rights Act, and more.
