Matthew Haverstick, Managing Partner and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, was interviewed on an abc27 segment regarding the Supreme Court’s selection of a new congressional map. The Democrat-drafted “Carter Plan” was approved in a tight 4-3 vote and will reduce Pennsylvania’s congressional delegation by one seat.

“It’s not the worst of the maps, it still is in my view, an overly partisan map,” said Haverstick, who argued in support of U.S. Rep. Guy Reschenthaler and Republican intervenors in the Feb. 18 arguments on redistricting.
