Kleinbard is pleased to announce that Gregory McIntosh has joined the Firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice and Gary Kan has joined as an associate in the Business & Finance Practice. Greg is a former Supreme Court of Pennsylvania law clerk and focuses his practice on various litigation proceedings, including appellate litigation, litigation involving governmental entities and officials, and State and Federal Constitutional matters. Gary joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, sale of businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and general corporate governance.

Greg earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. from Penn State University. Gary earned his J.D. from Temple University, his master’s degree from Middlebury College, and his B.S. from Bates College.
