Gary Kan

Gary is an associate in the Firm’s Business & Finance group, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, reorganizations, and other legal and transactional matters. Gary has experience representing private equity funds, their portfolio companies and strategic buyers and sellers across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Gary was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group at an international law firm. In addition to his experience practicing law, Gary is a former teacher who dedicated his time educating students at prominent private schools in Chinese, Physics, and Math.
