Kleinbard is pleased to announce that Ian Valocchi has joined the Firm as a Litigation Associate. Ian has a wealth of experience representing corporate and individual clients in a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. His experience includes representing clients in claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business torts; employment litigation matters; white collar investigations; and real estate disputes.

Ian earned his J.D. from Temple University and his undergraduate degree from Penn State University. Prior to joining Kleinbard, Ian served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as a legal intern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
