Ian Valocchi

Ian is an Associate in Kleinbard’s Litigation Practice. He concentrates his practice on business litigation, representing corporate and individual clients in a wide range of disputes in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration and mediation. His experience includes representing clients in claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business torts; employment litigation matters; white collar investigations; and real estate disputes. Ian also maintains a healthcare regulatory compliance practice, including advising on cross-jurisdiction telehealth regulations, clinical service reimbursement requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturer licensing.

Ian also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing low-income Philadelphia homeowners accused of negligently maintaining property in premises liability cases through Philadelphia VIP. He has also assisted on appellate litigation regarding gun violence issues in partnership with the Brady Center.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Ian was an associate in the business litigation practice at a Philadelphia-based national law firm. During his time in law school, Ian served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as a legal intern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
