Kleinbard is pleased to announce that Melissa Maione has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation Department where she will focus her practice on commercial litigation matters, restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, and appellate matters.

Melissa has extensive experience in navigating a wide range of business disputes, including contract claims and business torts, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Kleinbard, Melissa worked at a firm where she developed a robust practice in complex environmental litigation and handling Right-to-Know-Law requests. Her background also includes valuable experience as a legal intern with the Attorney General’s Office and the Honorable Christopher Romanyshyn, as well as work with the Victims of Crime Compensation Office in New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia and her J.D. from Seton Hall University.
