Melissa A. Maione
Melissa is an associate in Kleinbard’s Litigation Department, specializing in complex commercial litigation, restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, and appellate matters. She represents clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, drawing on extensive experience in navigating a wide range of business disputes, including contract claims and business torts, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Melissa worked at a firm where she developed a robust practice in complex environmental litigation and handling Right-to-Know-Law requests. Her background also includes valuable experience as a legal intern with the Attorney General’s Office and the Honorable Christopher Romanyshyn, as well as work with the Victims of Crime Compensation Office in New Jersey.
