With a legal career spanning securities, antitrust, and trial defense in the Army National Guard, Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across diverse practice areas and will be a great addition as Kleinbard continues to build its practice across Pennsylvania.
Jared currently serves as State Representative for the 202nd District in the State House where he is the Democratic chairman of the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee. He is also a JAG officer in the PA National Guard assigned to a trial defense team defending those who serve our nation.

A lifelong Pennsylvanian who grew up above his great-grandparents’ butcher shop in Northeast Philadelphia, Jared earned his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and his J.D. from Villanova Law. Jared lives with his wife, Tiffani, and their daughter, Charlotte, in the same Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood where he was raised.
