Jared G. Solomon
Jared is an Of Counsel member of Kleinbard who, prior to joining the firm, focused his civil practice on securities and antitrust litigation. Jared then joined the U.S. Army Reserve as a JAG attorney and he continues his service to our country today as a JAG officer in the PA National Guard assigned to a trial defense team defending those who serve our nation.
In 2016, Jared was elected State Representative for the 202nd District in Northeast Philadelphia and is currently Chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee. Jared has an impressive record of working across the aisle to pass bipartisan bills into law that deliver for all Pennsylvanians on affordable housing, workforce development, 911 emergency infrastructure, and veterans services.
Jared is a leading voice in Harrisburg and Philadelphia for institutional reforms at all levels of government, including gift ban legislation, term limits, and forcing lawmakers convicted of felonies to resign upon conviction.
A lifelong Pennsylvanian who grew up above his great-grandparents’ butcher shop in Northeast Philadelphia, Jared earned his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and his J.D. from Villanova Law. Jared lives with his wife, Tiffani, and their daughter, Charlotte, in Philadelphia.
