Kleinbard is excited to announce its partnership with Bane Strategies, a 100% minority and woman owned and operated lobbying firm in Harrisburg. This strategic collaboration will allow both Kleinbard and Bane Strategies to continue fostering connections across the Commonwealth, while helping clients navigate legislative actions impacting their interests.
Owned and operated by Yeseñia Bane, Bane Strategies has provided a wide range of services to clients, including startup businesses, non-profits, trade associations, and Fortune 500 companies since 2019. Yeseñia brings over a decade of experience to her work and delivers a multi-faceted approach to help clients network, mitigate risks, and leverage political and policy opportunities. Bane Strategies’ areas of expertise include lobbying, legislative and regulatory research and monitoring, political action committee strategy, grassroots advocacy, coalition building and management, economic development consulting, and grant writing.
This partnership is especially beneficial to Kleinbard’s Government Relations Practice. Spearheaded by Partner David Hyman and Of Counsel Rebecca Corcoran Swanson, the group focuses on fostering meaningful relationships with key political, business, and civic leaders across state and local government.
“We have known and worked with Yeseñia for many years and are very pleased to make our partnership official,” said Swanson. “Our experience and approach to serving our clients is very closely aligned, and we are excited to come together to strengthen our service offerings and assist both new and existing clients across the Commonwealth.”
Yeseñia echoed the shared interests and goals of both firms.
“I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Kleinbard and its attorneys,” she said. “I have had such positive experiences working with them and truly value our shared ability to connect with officials and clients to achieve beneficial and impactful results.”
The opportunity comes as Kleinbard continues to expand its presence in Harrisburg, with a particular emphasis on lobbying, legislative monitoring and analysis, and economic development grant funding. Recently, Kleinbard welcomed Hon. Jared Solomon, State Representative for Pennsylvania’s 202nd District, as Of Counsel to the firm.
Taken together, these moves highlight Kleinbard’s continued commitment to providing the highest quality of legal services to clients in all corners of the state.
