Rebecca Corcoran Swanson

Rebecca Corcoran Swanson is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Government Relations Practice. She is well versed in a variety of business, civic, and political affairs and helps clients navigate their relationships and interactions with local, state, and federal officials. Rebecca counsels public and private sector clients on legislative initiatives and funding procurement, and provides strategic guidance on public policy matters.

Rebecca has more than 10 years of experience working in government roles. Prior to joining Kleinbard, Rebecca served as Executive Director of the Montgomery County Redevelopment Authority, where she oversaw economic and community development initiatives and assisted businesses, non-profit organizations, and local governments in securing public funding for redevelopment projects. Rebecca also worked with the City of Philadelphia as the Director of Policy & Planning for the Department of Licenses & Inspections. Her experience also includes serving as Associate General Counsel in the private sector and as a Litigation Associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm.
