Kleinbard is proud to announce that Rebecca Corcoran Swanson, a member of the Firm’s Government Relations Practice Group, has been promoted to Partner. Rebecca is well versed in a variety of business, civic, and political affairs and helps clients navigate their relationships and interactions with state, local, and federal officials. Prior to joining Kleinbard, Rebecca served as Executive Director of Montgomery County (PA) Redevelopment Authority, where she oversaw economic and community development initiatives. Rebecca has also held roles with the City of Philadelphia Department of Licenses & Inspections, Allied Universal and served as an Associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm. In addition to her promotion to Partner, Rebecca will also assume the role of Chair of the Government Relations Group.
