Members of Kleinbard’s Litigation Department, Shohin Vance and Fran Notarianni, authored an article in The Legal Intelligencer on the state of Pennsylvania’s election law and how the Pennsylvania’s appellate courts—and especially the state Supreme Court—may handle big questions involving provisional ballots and mail-in voting in post-election litigation in November. The article takes a look at the contest for Pennsylvania’s 117th House District and explores how the outcome of those disputes could factor into the overall themes surrounding this year’s General Election.
