Francis G. Notarianni
Fran is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department and is a member of the Government Relations and Political Law Groups. He is well versed in both criminal and civil proceeding before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where he previously served as both a judicial intern and law clerk for Justice Kevin M. Dougherty. Fran focuses his practice on litigation and counsels clients through all stages of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. He has a special focus on litigation involving government entities, elected officials, and constitutional matters.
In addition to his experience in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Fran has also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable James M. Munley in the U.S. District Court for The Middle District of Pennsylvania, and has experience working within the City of Philadelphia Law Department.
