Ambro, Senior U.S. Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Hon. Kevin M. Dougherty, Justice, Pennsylvania Supreme Court; Hon. Lori A. Dumas, Judge, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court; and Hon. Megan Sullivan, Judge, Pennsylvania Superior Court. The session will provide guidance from the bench on key principles, techniques, and recent developments in appellate practice to help participants better represent clients before appellate courts.
