Eric Bodzin, an associate in Kleinbard’s Government Relations and Real Estate & Finance practices, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia and has also joined the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia addresses critical issues facing Greater Philadelphia by providing impactful research, connecting diverse leaders, and advancing shared solutions. As a member of the board, Eric will collaborate with more than 60 corporations, institutions, and organizations to help shape the organization’s agenda and help the region prosper.

The Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association provides association members opportunities to meet, network, and share expertise with other lawyers practicing real estate and real property law. In addition, the section maintains committees allowing members to focus more specifically in the areas of buyers’ bulk sales liability, condominiums and cooperatives, construction contracts, eminent domain and appraisals, financing of real estate, landlord and tenant, local government and taxation affecting real estate, title insurance, sales and settlements, and zoning and land use.
