Kleinbard partner, Zach Glaser, will serve as a faculty member at the PBI’s program entitled “A Day on Employment Law” on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia. Glaser and local plaintiff’s attorney, Ari Karpf of Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C., will be discussing common evidentiary issues at Employment Law trials.
Glaser is a partner in Kleinbard’s Litigation Department, Practice Leader of the Intellectual Property Group and a member of the Employment Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property and employment litigation and business counseling.
Glaser’s broad litigation experience includes complex commercial matters, business torts, employment litigation and intellectual property disputes, including contract claims, defending employment discrimination claims, the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, federal and state unfair competition claims, defense of Fair Labor Standards Act claims, franchise and distribution disputes, lender liability and FINRA matters, professional negligence and medical malpractice defense.
