Jennifer Zegel, a partner in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice served as a panelist at the Philadelphia Bar Institute’s “Planning and Administering the Digital Estate 2021” program. The presentation centered on the importance of incorporating digital assets, such as domain names and electronically stored photos, into an estate plan. The panel included, Justin H.
