Peter has a broad employment law and related litigation practice. In recent years, a significant portion of his practice has involved overtime compensation issues, including advising employers and employees on wage and hour issues and litigating these matters for employers, collective/class actions and individuals. He also has significant experience in the area of alternative dispute resolution particularly mediations and arbitrations of employment disputes and other related matters.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Rosenzweig was a shareholder at Rubin Fortunato & Harbison, P.C. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College.
