In response to recent legislation, the Office of Property Assessment (OPA) has eliminated the requirement that Non-Profits located in Philadelphia file forms annually to maintain their tax-exempt status. If you are a non-profit in Philadelphia and you have not completed and submitted your recertification forms to the OPA, you are not required to do so.
