Kleinbard litigation partner, Matthew Haverstick, was recognized in the 2016 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of Litigation: White Collar Crime and Internal Investigations.  Haverstick was also recognized in the 2015 edition.

Haverstick’s litigation practice focuses primarily on representing government officials and entities in the Supreme and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as other state and federal appellate courts, in matters ranging from public corruption investigations to the Right-to-Know Law to the constitutionality of state laws. Haverstick and his team also frequently represent both private and public entities in white collar criminal and regulatory investigations.

In addition to his practice, Haverstick is active in the legal community currently serving as a member of the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section and as the national Co-Chair of the Public Corruption and Extortion Subcommittee.  He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Drexel University School of Law.  In addition to his recognition in Chambers USA, he has also been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.  He is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
