Matt Haverstick was quoted in The Legal Intelligencer’s article – Organizations Tied to Pond Lehocky Penalized for Lobbying Violation. Haverstick was hired to represent Pond Lehocky in the Pennsylvania Ethic Commission’s investigation of Pond Lehocky’s failure to abide by the state’s Lobbying Disclosure Law by not registering as lobbyists before working to oppose proposed workers’ comp legislation. Haverstick was hired by Pond Lehocky because of his experience and reputation in “handling state ethics cases and other legal matters involving state government.”
