Unclaimed Property Suit Could Spur Delaware Pile-On.” Haverstick represents the Pennsylvania Treasury in the suing of the state of Delaware over funds that are believed to have been wrongfully appropriated by Delaware.
Haverstick’s practice is focused on representing government officials and entities in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as other state appellate and federal courts, in matters ranging from public corruption investigations to the Right-to-Know Law to the constitutionality of state laws.
