Matt Haverstick was quoted in the Wall Street Journal article – Pennsylvania Considers Allowing More Victims of Sexual Abuse to Sue.  The article covers the legislation pending in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives which would temporarily waive the civil statute of limitations for child sexual-abuse claims.
