Kleinbard partner, Mary Beth H. Gray, served as a panelist at the Pennsylvania/Delaware Chapter ESOP Association Annual Spring ESOP Seminar.  The seminar was on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern, Pennsylvania.  Ms. Gray’s session was entitled “Update on Greatbanc Trust Settlement and How to Survive a DOL Audit (or avoid one in the first place)”.

Ms. Gray is a partner in the Business & Finance Department at Kleinbard LLC.  She focuses her practice on business succession, including the sale of businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and other transactions involving ESOPs.  She has represented both buyers and sellers in more than 300 transactions involving both equity and assets.  In addition to her ESOP practice, Gray concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (representing sellers and buyers), corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and executive compensation.
