Kleinbard litigators, Mark Seiberling and Joshua Voss served as the speakers at the Pennsylvania Chamber’s webinar on the “Pennsylvania Right to Know Law and How to Limit Public Exposure to Your Private Records.”  The webinar covered what companies need to understand about Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) as it pertains to public records.

Mark Seiberling is a Partner in Kleinbard’s Litigation Department where he practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, Right-to-Know Law, education, and white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations.  Mark is a former law clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  He has been listed by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2012-2015 and was recently named a 2015 Lawyer on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer.

Joshua Voss is an Associate in Kleinbard’s Litigation Department where he focuses on commercial litigation, appellate practice, the Right-to-Know Law, and litigation by and against public officials and agencies. His experience includes appellate matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Superior Court, and the Commonwealth Court.  Outside of the firm, Josh is an elected member of the Drexel Law Alumni Council and is active in the mentoring committee. He volunteers annually as a judge for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, which includes an appellate advocacy competition for high school students, and as a judge at Drexel University Thomas E. Kline School of Law for first-year oral arguments in Legal Methods.
