Frattone is a managing partner of the firm and partner in the Business and Finance Department. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (representing sellers and buyers), corporate and real estate financings, corporate restructurings, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and executive compensation.
Berson is a partner in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Group. Her practice includes property acquisitions, leasing, ground leasing, condominiums, and planned unit developments, where she has worked with multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties.
