Michael A. Frattone is the Firm’s newest Managing Partner as of January 1, 2018. Michael joined Kleinbard in 1997 as an associate in the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. He has extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions area representing buyers and sellers in asset- and stock-based transactions. Michael represents one of the largest communications holding companies in the world, with portfolio companies in infrastructure sectors such as cellular and broadcasting towers, rooftop and distributed antenna systems (DAS), and fiber and data centers.
Mary Beth H. Gray is slated to become a managing partner in January 2019 followed by Matthew H. Haverstick in January of 2020.
