PHILADELPHIA, PA – Kleinbard, a Philadelphia-based law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Ana Calves and James Yoakum as associates. Calves joins the Firm’s Business and Finance Department and Yoakum joins the Real Estate Department.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Calves was an associate in the Corporate & Business Transactions Practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. During her first year with Morgan Lewis, she was seconded to JPMorgan Chase, N.A., where she supported the Bank’s bankruptcy team. Calves earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

James Yoakum has extensive experience in commercial real estate law and real estate finance. He previously served as an associate in Dechert LLP’s Finance & Real Estate Practice. Prior to practicing law, Yoakum worked as a real estate sales and leasing agent in Philadelphia and founded and ran a craft distillery in Camden, New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania.
