Miranda focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters for clients across multiple industries. In addition, Miranda dedicates a significant amount of time to pro-bono clients, helping them navigate various legal matters. Prior to joining Kleinbard, Miranda served as a corporate Associate at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Miranda earned her J.D. with high honors from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Member of the Order of the Coif and Executive Comments Editor of the North Carolina Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.
