Stranix Jr., has joined the Firm as an associate in the Business and Finance Department and real estate group.
Nancy L. Williams focuses her practice in the fields of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on finance, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and equine law. She has represented financial institutions, security alarm companies, health care institutions, and other corporate clients, as well as entrepreneurs, in connection with their financing, real estate, and growth opportunities. Her representation of lenders includes syndicated and single-lender credits, intercreditor relationships, cross-border facilities, and asset-based lending, and her real estate practice includes counseling a broad array of clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Nancy was a founding partner of Williams & Hannon, PLLC from 2010-2018 and she was a shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 2000-2009.
Heather A. Wyman focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, in general corporate and commercial transactions and in debt and equity financings, acquisition financings and leveraged buy-outs. In recent years, Heather’s practice has been focused primarily on lending and transactional work with an emphasis on the security alarm industry. She has represented lenders as well as borrowers in syndicated facilities, single-bank facilities and bilateral facilities, including debt and equity financings and acquisition financings on secured and unsecured bases, asset-based financings and construction financings.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Heather practiced at Williams & Hannon, PLLC and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC.
Joseph F. Stranix, Jr. focuses his practice on real estate matters, including property acquisitions and leasing, as well as on corporate and securities matters. He also has significant experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in fund formations and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kleinbard, Joe was an associate in the Private Funds Group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
