PHILADELPHIA, PA – Kleinbard is pleased to announce that Marlene Bidelman has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate and Finance Department and Ralph Mauro has joined as Senior Counsel in the Business and Finance Department.
Marlene brings with her a deep knowledge of commercial finance and real estate transactions, around which she has focused her practice for more than 20 years. She assists clients with transactions involving the negotiation of mezzanine loan documents, preferred equity documents, intercreditor agreements, and operating agreements. In addition, she regularly acts as local counsel for clients in Tennessee, Georgia, and Pennsylvania for commercial real estate secured loan transactions.
Ralph, a former Kleinbard Partner, represents businesses and their owners in a variety of matters, including private equity and senior debt financing, joint ventures and strategic alliances, contract negotiation and documentation, and mergers and acquisitions. His prior experience includes, serving as General Counsel at Nutrisystem, principal at RJM Legal advisors, and a CPA at a major global accounting firm.

Marlene earned her undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University and her J.D. from
Duquesne University Law School. She is admitted to the Bars of Tennessee, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Ralph is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from La Salle University. He is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
