Kleinbard LLC and Councilman Derek Green hosted a luncheon CLE entitled “Should an ESOP be a Part of your Succession Plan” on Tuesday, June 26th from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Kleinbard Business and Finance partner, Mary Beth Gray and Jim Higgins of Pilot Hill Advisors served as the program’s panelists.  The CLE took place at Kleinbard’s office at One Liberty Place, 46th Floor, 1650 Market, Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Mary Beth has a special focus on business succession, including the sale of businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and other transactions involving ESOPs.
