Kleinbard is excited to announce that Benjamin Garber has joined the Firm as a partner in the Litigation Department. Ben is a trial lawyer and concentrates his practice on complex and commercial litigation matters. He has successfully litigated cases involving contract claims, real estate and banking law, lender liability and partnership breakups. He also has successfully first chaired multiple cases to verdict with positive outcomes.

Ben graduated from Rutgers Law in 2009 and was a member of the Executive Board of the Rutgers Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2005. Ben has also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anne Lazarus of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as an intern for the Hon. Richard B. Klein (Ret.) of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
