Kleinbard client, real estate developer, Ori Feibush recently acquired the 2.3 acre parcel that contains the former Frankford Chocolate Factory at 2101 Washington Avenue in South Philadelphia. Feibush plans to connect the communities of Graduate Hospital and Point Breeze by replacing the structure, which has sat vacant for at least the last 11 years, with new apartments, townhouses and retail space.
