Kleinbard LLC Proudly congratulates Julie C. Berson for her selection and recognition in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s special edition – Millennials to Watch in Law. Julie was one of 25 millennials selected in the local legal industry. The Philadelphia Business Journal selected the millennials included “based on our own institutional knowledge and from recommendations by our network of news sources in the legal community. By no means is this a complete list. But it shows the depth and variety of young lawyers who have made their mark.”
Julie is an associate in Kleinbard’s Business and Finance Department and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. Julie’s practice includes leasing, ground leasing, condominiums, and property acquisitions. She also has extensive experience in the area of financing, having represented both borrowers and lenders in connection with the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, leasehold financings and subordinate debt, lines of credit, post-closing modifications, and loan sales and purchases. Julie is active in the real estate community currently serving on the PIDC’s Loan Committee and on the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Council.
