Kleinbard LLC’s Jennifer Zegel will serve as a panelist at the Kline School of Law Health Program – Blockchain: Linking Health Care to the Future.  The CLE program will focus on the role of blockchain technology in health care settings and its impact on patient safety, privacy and security issues.  Jennifer’s panel will cover “Blockchain, Patient Safety, Privacy and Security.”  The program is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Thomas R. Jennifer Zegel is a partner in Kleinbard’s Business and Finance Department and is Practice Leader of the Trusts and Estate Group.  Jennifer has a special focus in estate planning and the estate administration of digital assets, which is becoming a fast growing and increasingly complex area.  She is at the forefront of this emerging section of property transfers, which also overlaps and intersects with technology, privacy, and accessibility considerations.  Jennifer regularly counsels clients on how to incorporate digital asset planning into an estate plan or business succession plan.  She regularly speaks at conferences, authors articles and is a media source on the topic of digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
