Franca Tavella, a member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates practice, will participate in a panel discussion on pandemic-era challenges and changes that have impacted estate planning and administration. The program, “Practicing in Uncertain Times: Adjusting to Estate Planning and Administration in the Midst of a Pandemic,” will focus on the current operations in Orphan’s Court and the Register of Wills, updates on remote notarization, planning and fiduciary litigation successes, and insights on estate, gift, and income planning for 2021.
