Samantha G. Zimmer

Samantha is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on state government litigation and political law disputes, appellate matters, State Grand Jury investigations, and election litigation. She regularly counsels clients through all stages of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial.

Samantha has experience in high-profile political cases, including congressional redistricting and election disputes regarding mail-in ballots. She frequently represents clients in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court’s original and appellate jurisdiction. Samantha’s work involves challenges to enacted or pending legislation, disputes between branches of state government, and inquiries from the state government.

Prior to joining Kleinbard, Samantha served as a clerk for President Judge Renée Cohn Jubelirer on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and as a judicial intern for Justice Wecht on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
