Bill Hussey, a Partner in Kleinbard’s Trusts & Estates Practice, has been elected a member of the American Cancer Society’s Nationwide Gift Planning Advisor Council. In this role, Bill will join an esteemed group of attorneys, and other wealth and estate planning advisers in making an impact toward the mission of the American Cancer Society (ACS) by providing guidance and consultation to the general public, other advisors and ACS staff members on making charitable gifts to ACS as part of their overall wealth, tax and estate planning.

The National Professional Advisor Network (NPAN) was created to help donators fulfill the American Cancer Society’s mission of saving lives, celebrating lives, and leading the fight for a world without cancer, while fulfilling their financial, tax, and estate planning goals. The NPAN provides gift planning information and resources to help donors make informed decisions regarding their estate plans and their charitable contributions.
