Kleinbard partner, Mary Beth H. Gray, served as a speaker at the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) meeting entitled: “Is an ESOP Right for You? An In-Depth Look at Employee Stock Ownership Plans. The meeting took place on October 19-20 in Providence RI. Mary Beth will speak on the topic of fiduciary issues as they relate to ESOPs.
Mary Beth is a partner in Kleinbard’s Business and Finance department.
