  • Advising and counseling financial advisors and firms in connection with restrictive covenant and transition issues, and enforcing and defending restrictive covenants on their behalf.
  • Representing a start-up options trading company in the acquisition of software and related equipment in return for a net profits interest.
  • Acting as underwriter’s counsel for major investment banks in the underwriting of tax-exempt and taxable bonds. We also represent financial institutions as trustee’s counsel in revenue bond matters.
  • Representing financial institutions in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, lender liability claims, repurchase litigation, and contract disputes.
